10 Lesser known facts about Nakuul Mehta
The green eyed boy of TV industry, Nakuul Mehta, is a celebrated actor. He got to taste fame for the first time as Aditya from Star Plus’s Pyaar ka Dard hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara (Rajshri Production). Before entering TV, he tried his hand in Bollywood with Haal-e-Dil. More than Bollywood, it was TV which gave him fame. Currently, he is seen in Ishqbaaaz as Shivay Singh Oberoi in angry young man look. We love him in all the characters that he plays.

Nakuul has a royal bloodline and a lineage. He is descendant of King Prithviraj Chauhan.
He is not just a good actor but also a trained dancer. He knows ballroom dance, salsa, hip hop, jazz and has also represented Maharashtra in AIDSF (All India Dance Sports Federation). He has also won medals for Rumba and Waltz.
Our prince charming learnt Bachata (a dance form) specially for his wife Jankee to surprise her on Valentine’s Day.
The handsome actor also signed a Spanish Film Flamanco in Bollywood with Monica Cruz but it didn’t work out.
He got a scholarship for acting course in abroad but did not go due to a Telugu film Abhimaan in 2005.
He appeared in a web series titled ‘I don’t watch TV’ along with Rajiv Masand. It came in top five web series.Nakuul has also acted in the short film, Avant Garde Pythagorus Sharma, which was shown in film festivals across globe.
He has done more than 50 ad commercials in the starting of his career. He got a chance to do ad commercial with Shah Rukh Khan for Clinic All Clear and Salman Khan for Thumbs up.
He had to change school for 10 times as his father was in defence.
