MUMBAI: After a rather dreamy wedding in Mumbai, actor Ssharad Malhotra and his wife, Delhi-based designer Ripci Bhatia, had a glamourous reception on Thursday. The function took place in Kolkata, Ssharad’s home town.
The couple looked simply spectacular. Ssharad looked handsome in a black bow tie, while Ripci looked stunning in a pastel peach lehenga.

“I am so glad that everyone could make it for this ceremony. I love being married, the feeling is amazing. I am suddenly feeling more responsible too! It’s crazy but I am loving it,” says an elated Ssharad.

The reception had close family and friends in attendance.

The couple got married last month in an elaborate ceremony in Mumbai. From Ssharad carrying his bride-to-be in his arms, to the varmala happening amid firecrackers, the wedding was quite filmy. The two also had an Anand Karaj ceremony in at the Four Bunglows Gurudwara. The couple twinned in pink for the ceremony. Rpici wore a pink lehenga, while Ssharad sported a white sherwani with a pink pagdhi. This ceremony was quite an intimate one and was attended by very close family.
