Celebs share the probiotic food they swear by
If you’re anything like me, you spend most of your time on the internet browsing through what Jacqueline Fernandes does in the mornings! Just like me, I am sure people love digging information about what healthy habits fit-o-holics swear by. For example, waking up at 6 am for a yoga session is a fitness dedication and something I’d willingly not set an alarm for (pun intended)!
Along with exercise, foods, drinks and supplements with probiotics are everywhere these days. In fact, probiotics are as good as taking a multivitamin. Here we have a few celebrities talking about the probiotics they swear by:
Avinash Sachdev, last seen in Ayushman Bhava on Star Bharat:
I like to keep it simple with yoghurt and cheese. I make sure I consume it daily and moreover I am a cheese lover! Both of them are probiotics which helps in a good digestion system, better skin and a better immune system.
Sehban Azim, currently seen in Bepannaah on Colors:
I consume a lot of Dahi. It keeps my stomach fine and intact. It also helps me gain more immunity especially when I eat outside food. I usually drink milk from a popular yoghurt brand and I am sure it has a similar effect on my body.
Sharad Malhotra, currently seen in Kasam on Colors:
I swear by curd. It is healthy.
Mohammad Nazim, last seen in Saath Nibhana Saathiya on Star Plus:
I consume low fat paneer. It is not only tasty but a source of energy too!
Sukirti Kandpal, last seen in Kaala Teeka (Season 2) on Zee TV:
Well, it’s pickle…the good old achaar which is aged in glass bottles with lots of oil and masala. It is the best probiotic in the Indian cook book and I never forget that in a meal 🙂
Well, that’s the Telly celebrities. What is your go to probiotic?
